used part of the same selection, warped into half heart, duplicated and flipped horizontal to make full heart.
Selected globe from source, added brightness, decreased contrast and added burn to base.
Globe holder was warped from same selection and burned for shadows.
used selection from metallic ring to make pearl, smudged, burned then added highlight with heavy dodge.
