removed stones using clone and smudge tool

Taking selection of the stones I constructed the fingers, cutting and cloneing various parts being sure to keep natural highlight and shadows in tact.

Used same method for other hand using oposite lighting, added stone head source and applied shadow using burn tool.

added shadows on a new layer using a black soft brush and lowered opacity to suit.
step 5 of 6
duplicated entire image, on one layer I increased brightness & on the other layer decreased brightness.
Using a soft eraser on top layer I removed the parts I wanted to be highlighted.

added model source, removed brightness & used a mixture of blur, burn and dodge to adjust lighting, used small eraser set at 50% opacity to semi remove the transparent parts of the dress.
