Roughly cut bracelet and transformed into position.

Roughly cut eyebrow piercings and placed where required.

Used layer mask on eyebrow piercings and added a shadow. Rough cut ear and transformed in place.

Used layer mask on ear to blend to original ear. Masked out cross tattoo and using different blending modes and opacity placed on arm. Transformed into position using warp and liquefy.

Used same technique for mum tattoo. Repainted the chin shadow with the brush tool, lowered opacity and blurred.

Using a layer mask I added the shell as the base for the mohican.

Cut out a section of the child's hair so as to cover the shell.

Layer masked the hair section.

Repeated the process for the other spikes.

Continues blending the hair over the shell. Added the shell as another layer on top set at "soft light" to keep some of the texture.

Added a color overlay to match the colors and then a vignette.

Finished by sharpening the image and adding some color adjustments.
