It's hard to explain how I reached that... I used Bright/Contrast, Burn tool, Photo filter, Mediana, Eraser, Polygonal Lasso etc.

I took an extract from the bottle or how do we call it of the source image and multiplied it.

After that I made a shape for that mic like this

Than desaturated it and using color balance painted it gold.

All these parts were drew in PS by myself using gradiends, warp tool, lasso and burn tool.

Finally, don't forget to add shadow to the girl's neck and chin cause the mic drops shadow! It's logical :D And with the burn tool make the mic dark on the shadow side.
