Painted and shaded coat and arm selection to match hood

added fairy stock, used butterfly brush, warped and erased to fit fairy, added outer glow and plastic wrap.

used smudge tool to make face more illustrated, used tablet and pen with a 2px brush to create all the beard strands

added background and glitter brushes

used smudgestick & guassain blur filter on background, duplicated the layer, used hue and saturation then removed parts with a large soft eraser

Copied entire image on a new layer, colorized it and set opacity to 30%, overlayed that layer onto finished image.
