first I used clone tool to clear the door

used free transform to move the leg and the arm into position and took a separate selection of the leg of later use
step 3 of 5
using the top of the leg selection I used warp tool to create party hats.... I thought the foot, when upright, looked like a beer bottle so used that to :-)
step 4 of 5
removed the hands to fit the body of the little guy in front.. on this particular guy I used free transform to move his head back and created the blower from the leg selection using eraser
step 5 of 5
for the balloons I used the mask, selected the top half-duplicated-flipped vertical- blended with soft eraser- warped into shape......placed all the guys, hats, balloons & bottles onto the blank door...PARTY ON!
