Start by adding the texture to the shoes... ( quite easy, 'cause the shoes are already red ! )

Have the background, the sky and the house in the air....

Did a selection of the tree, the added some brush strokes to simulate the tornado... ( I used the warp tool on the tree a little bit too )

Bricks with an adjustment layer to colorize in yellow... Also added the shoes and some shadows too...

Girls... more shadows and a couple more brushes on the tornado, used the smudge tool for movement...
