step1:-from main source file ,with use of lasso tool cut man and paste on new file and like this add dancing girl from
source file and add main file then add horse also.less their opacity.

step2:-Then make copies of horse layer n adjust them near by near..then reduce their opacity...merge all horse copied layers..then use motion blur on it...make 1 copy of it...
step 3 of 4
step3:-for making background,on bg layer use gradient tool then fill ...after that use stained glass filter..after then smudge stick on it.
step 4 of 4
step4:-from source file cut part and add it main file adjust its opacity then make copies of it...paste like that.
