The source for the trunk is the near post, which I distorted then cut a chunk out of. Copied and distorted to make the top of the trunk. The piece of metal on the bottom of the ticket machine is the source for the clasps. I used a layer mask to shae the parts. The handle is a chunk of the trunk. I used brightness/contrast adjustment layers to shade.

I used the pen tool and stroke to make the shape of the sticker, then filled it in with color. All the fonts are native to PS. I used a faux finish brush to grunge them up.
step 3 of 3
Used the post again for the staff. Dodged it and used a part of it and warped it to make the handle. Took the side of the ticket machine, warped it and used brightness/contrast to lighten it. Faux finish brush and smudge to add a blue sheen. Burned it on the edge. Used a layer mask to roughen up the edge.
