Cut out hand and duplicated piano keys. Matched up the best I could.

Made music note with circle elipse and rectangle elipse tool, then filled in with various colors. Duplicated later and created different music note. Placed in different positions and duplicated. Blurred and added some finishing touches to make it look better.
