Duplicate background layer, make rotation -20.92 the cut the upper side..

then rotation backward to cut downside.. this will get the perspective of left side of the pic
step 3 of 4
use warp transform n make it become wall in the middle of the road then make copy layer n make little bit small... darken to make it like we used to see from the filmed glass
step 4 of 4
then get the source for people inside 'the tunnel' n took the people n get ride the background.. done..
