Create new file or delete the rest part of our picture. Create new layer and paint with red brush our red eye. merge layers and by selecting small edge-parts and delete them to create jagged edge.

Open the second file uploaded by Mendhak and copy the skull.

Past it into our picture and create black background.

Create new layer and change layer setting to overlay.

Create another layer, and again change it setting to overlay. Paint bottom part of our skull.

Create 3rd layer and change setting to overlay again. Now using colour number 493005 paint our skull. Change opacity to 49%.

Go to our "metal-source picture" and select part of it.

Paste it into our picture. Make sure that this part will be under our darkening layers. now using eraser and edges-parts selecting fit it to our skull. Add shadow.

Do step 9 few times ;).

Create new layer Using brush with 50% opacity (or lower if it is to "dark"). Create glass scratches.

Add new layer and make part of eye more dark.

Add some more shadows using brush with 493005 colour and opacity 26%
