Using copy/paste/clone stamp tool I resized legs smaller; so I could resize the whole background bigger and proportionaly to next image.

Added woman's image.

Adjusted the color.

Copied and pasted the hair of original, merging layers.

Adjusted color and used smudge tool.
step 7 of 7
Masked image on TV screen; created a layer in white hard light blending over the dress; applied burn tool a bit. Added other details like reflection, screen noise.
