Cut out the woman from the background, and cloned out the unwanted features such as nipples, ears and eyebrows. Also reduced the number of blemishes and imperfections on the skin.

Went over the whole body with a smudge brush in small circular motions. This blends the pixels together and creates a smoother looking image.
Overlayed colour layers (B&W, then white layer) to get a more robotic look. I experimented with several tones and blend methods until I found a colour I was happy with.

I then added highlights and shadows to the figure by painting black and white with a soft brush on an ew layer. I set this to soft light and reduced the opacity.

Next I added some more join and panel lines. These were done using the pen tool and 'stroke path' with a 16px white line and an 8px black line over it.
I also coloured over the lips and eyes with a pink colour and blended.

Next was adding some more pink highlights to make the image fit together. I added a usb plug to her neck (used for downloading mission information of course :) and added some pink higlights. I also added a light on her stomach using a spot of pink and inner & outer glow. An additional very light pink spot was added to show the reflection of the light on the skin.

Next was an easy part, i cut out an image of a barcode and added some text - this was then warped slightly and added to the bot.

At this point I decided she needed something else, so decided to make her shoulder panel come away from the body.
To make the metal arms I took a section of a screwdriver, devided into three pieces and made them different thicknesses.
I also used the screwdriver to maks the arms that hold the syringe.

In this step I put the metal arms in place, added the shoulder plate and the syringe.

This step involved adding her recharge port in her stomach.
I cut a square of the area and duplicated it, moved it to the side, added some shading (burn tool) and a shadow.
In the stomach 'cavity' I used a photo of some PC wires and a port over the top, and burned the edges to create some depth.

Then I placed her on a background image, toned down the colours by adding hue/saturation layers to the wall and floor.
Put in her shadow on the floor, and splashed some blood around on the walls and drag marks on the floor for the finishing touches.
