Chop and Desaturate

Made a mask as I was going to go more for waxy look and then changed my mind due to the background pic in the end here I make a mask for the wax then select all sources on separate layer and make some drips on the statue

Here was the waxy one then the candle top for the pic but then decided to go back on the black and white with some gradient then burn and highlight a bit

Here I made more of a nightly to dusk look with fliters render and then floodlight pulled up a bit then adjusted my contrasts and levels

made a bit of sharp highlights with soft white brush then touch up with some dark on another layer for sharpening and more darker areas and hue/saturations

Then I added in some purchased fog brushes from
