cut-out rooster head and place at the bottom of image.

Duplicate the layer across the image.
step 3 of 4
Group the layers, duplicate and place behind. Flip the layer so the spikes aren't in the same place as the layer in front. Make the layer smaller than the one in front to give perspective. Repeat until you meet the center of the image.
step 4 of 4
Group all layers. Duplicate and flip vertically. Line up with the top and center.
