smudged the lower part of the dress and..used burn and dodge tool,,,and turned the whole body black and white
step 2 of 3
created a new layer and..filled it with green color and used radial gradient...then I reduced the opacity of this layer about 75%
step 3 of 3
then changed its blending mode in to linear burn and got this one
