first i cut out the girl from her background. i also chopped out the shirt and the hat, cloned out the straws from it's pockets

then i positioned the shirt and warped it to make it fit better. i sampled the skin below her neck, cloned it around her chest and used burn and dodge to create her breasts.

i changed the color end exposure of her skirt, added shadows
step 4 of 5
then i added the flower, the pruners, merged everything to a new layer and started dodging and burning to make everything blend better, plus i wanted a dirty look
step 5 of 5
lastly, i adjusted the lighting, put her against a background, did some finishing touches to the background and the image itself and voilla!
