Masked the jacket then used a combo of color overlay, color balance, levels, brightness/contrast, vibrance and saturation to turn it into leather. Copies of the jacket parts to make the sleeves.

warped the burlap, layered bits of straw for the hair. Used the pen tool to copy some of the bandana and shirt for the eyes and nose. Color adjusted them. Paint for the stitches and buttons from the jacket for eyes. Burn and levels for shadows.

Masked the gloves, warp, copies of the straw already done.

parts of the jacket for the pants. Clone tool to blend, dodge/burn

made the crow feathers from the jacket and some final minor touch ups for the final result
