after you done with colour adjustment of the layers you can marge layers.
use blur tool to make sharp edges softer and smudge tool to shape the big ball.
you can use dodge tool to add more glow
when you done add dry brush filter and you'll get something like this

now cut out the radish:)
use ctrl+ t to change size and shape.
use smudge tool to form the tail and blur tool over the edges of the radish.
apply same filter(dry brush),
use ctrl+ u to change colour.
now dublicate layer as many times as you want and again use ctrl+ t and ctrl+ u to look them different
