1- opened up the eye socket using liquify tool
2- using offwhite and soft brush I created "the ball"
3- soft brush again for the iris ( on a new layer as you can move it to where the subject is looking)
4- added iris shadow with smaller soft brush in black
5- highlight with one click using small soft brush in bright white.
(didn`t add the black of a pupil as it gives a more evil look)
