I cut out the dolphin using the magic want tool and the eraser tool.

I did a color over lay and then i bevel embossed it.

I scaled the dolphin down a few sizes then warped it into the shape of a semi dolphin. I then used the eraser tool and sculped it into a dolphin shape.

I took the water droplet background and placed it underneath the dolphin cut out. I then used magic wand to bring out the outline and used a round brush and outlines one side of the dolphin in white. i then outlined the other side of the dolphin in black.

I then cut out the outline of the dolphin from the background.

i took the ice background, revolved it and cut it into the shape of a diamond. i then placed the dolphin cut out on top.

I then made my own texture using crystalize and orbed a bunch of blue hues into it.

i then used liquify and made a vortexed look.

This is the brush i used on the sides for the final step. I hand made this brush using the brush settings for count jitter, scatter,etc.
