Fish is placed over background source after being resized to 150 res. to be chopped.

Background has been duplicated here, then new layer of background is brought to front and portion over back of fish partially erased to make impression of some water flowing over that part of the fish.

Hook is added and chopped. It is the sized and rotated to look like it could go through mouth. A small section of hook is then erased to look like it goes through the mouth.

Texture layer (sandstone) is added to hook to make it look rusty and worn.

Brown and blue filters are added and opacity set at soft and about 25%

Finally a new gradient layer of soft pastels is put over all, opacity set low. This just gives a more soft, misty look to the whole thing.
