cut out source & statue and placed with each other

step 2 of 6

Selected the statue and roughly colored various parts on a new layer, set the layer to overlay the statue layer

step 3 of 6

added background-render-clouds-colorize
added sea source and adjusted hue and saturation for deep blue
used smudge tool to give dolphin more depth and less glass
painted dolphin eye with soft brush

step 4 of 6

copied dolphin layer and resized rotated and blurred several times
Used soft eraser to erase submerged dolphin parts

step 5 of 6

added lightening to background

Added water splash`s
added shadows
altered hue and saturation of flattened image
