I have made one kiwi out of the 1 and a half from the source. Took the half and put it in the back and then some cloning.

Pasted in in a new document and made the feet.

Then pasted it again and again and transformed it to make the legs.
step 4 of 7
Pasted again some times to make the body and the arms.
step 5 of 7
Added the head and the little neck.

Finally, made a room with textures and used some lights, added some shadows and that's it.
