used the burn tool set at Midtones with 50% exposure to make the base of the bruise,
Painted yellow with a soft brush set to Soft Light.
then purple set to soft light

made a selection of the eye, then on a new layer filled the selection with red, set the layer to overlat and adjust opacity
step 4 of 5
made a selection for the nose bleed,
on a new layer filled the selection with red,
used burn tool to darken the areas that needed,
set the layer to soft light
on a new layer filled the selection with red,
used burn tool to darken the areas that needed,
set the layer to soft light

for the nose blood i also used texturizer
