Copy pasted the wall many times, merged layers and the free transform to give it depth.

Used red player and then liquify tool to make the heart.

Used brush to make some glares, then glass filter with frozen properties.

Glass filter on hand and rose petal. Used mask for the hand to fade it out. Painted blood and cracks, darkened background.
