Roughly place over bear, desaturate and adjust tone to match them together.
This is so I can apply a hue/saturation filter over them and give a touch of colour and have them look like they are from the same animal).

Paste over the background image, crop, and dodge/burn to match the bear with the lighting in the image, also add a shadow and delete some strands on the bears feet to make it look like there is some grass over his paws.
