this is a pic i took at the buffalo zoo last year. i think its a gila monster.

i added the "sleeping beast" to the background and sketched out his hunter. all the work was done with a paint brush and a basic line tool. after finishing his tone i applied a photo filter, i blurred him, rendered a flare in the arrow head, and posterized the final image a bit.
