Built the room with the textures from CGTextures.com and drew a rough doll in the corner.

Start warping the pattern from the source image on to my rag doll.

Got all out pieces warped into place.

Start giving the doll dimension with the burn and dodge tools. I know there are other ways of doing it but I like this one :).
Oh yes and I pasted in the eyeballs from my other source. Then I used Burn tool to blend them into the image.

A little more shading and some color adjustment to the background images and tadaa!!!
