First I have cut the skater from the sourse.

Then I have pasted the skater on the original. Added the shadow and made some brightness/contrast adjustments. Then I decided to make a "skate-like" stairs slide. I used a soft black brush and set the layer mode to Overlay.

Finally, I wanted to make a graffiti. I used a free graffiti font to write the text. Then I made it to look more real on the wall (I will appreciate comments and suggestions) and made it even cooler with making the same text out of the wall and pasting it on the top of the original text.
