i have cut the part of the beer i needed

then i have pasted it on the water picture which is my background image and moved it to the right place

then i have duplicated the bottle, made the layer mode to lighten of the lower bottle layer and deleted some of the bottom of the upper bottle layer for the water to appear on top
step 4 of 4
then i have blurred the text because it should be seen through the water and a little liquify on the text as well. then it was done and i have copied it and pasted it for the reflection. Then I made the layer mode to screen, made it shorter and added a little less opacity and smudged it a little on the little wave down there. That's all.
