Cut out pinecone. Use a size 30 basic brush and use the smudge tool to smear it. Then select a diameter of around 15 to feather out the edges.

Use the warp tool

Now play with color balance butterfly more unique and duplicate it for another wing.

Copy the layer of one of the wing and warp it to look the bottom wing then duplicate it. Use the same methods for the body and then merge them together.

Finally, add some stars with an outer glow
