Masked the sky + ground and copied them in a new document. Transformed them and gave them new colours. Also cut out the bicycle.

Took some more grass out of the source to create depth.

Added a few more layers of grass. Create to small hills in the ground. Left the style a bit blurry to match the whole image.

Added the road, fresco filtered it to match the image style. Transformed to fit the depth of the image. Made it vanish in the background. Also created a sharp sunlight with 2 different layers with a sun rendered and set to overlay.

Made a fast scetch of the mobile that the kid will be running in.

Made the two wheels, first the right one by masking the lower half of the wheel and than vertical flipped a duplicate of that half. Blended them together and dodged/burned a few parts to fit the lighting. Did the same with the left wheel.

Masked the basket and cloned a few parts of the basket to remove some pieces of the original bicycle.

Masked the steering-wheel and made it higher.

Cut out the Kid and imported it. Flipped it horizontally.

Changed lighting on kid with dodge/burn tools. Copied and cloned a few parts of the basket and put them over the kid. Set layers to multiply.

Drew a flag and put it in the holder. Brushed in the shadows.

Created shadow of the kid + mobile. Created a windmill with a part of the frame of the original bicycle. Made a part a lot brighter + lowered saturation. Used transform to create the different parts. Darkened parts to create shadows.

Made the kite with a reflector of the original bike. Transformed it into the shape. Used a part of the frame to create the thing hanging on the kite. Also drew a rope towards the windmill. Create stickes by burning parts in the kite.
