Create Copy of Text.
Using Filter>Radial Blur>Zoom create illusion of light rays shining from behind.

Add in the chains using any method. I downloaded and used brushes from ObsidianDawn.

Making a copy of the heart layer, and playing around with saturation, I made a silhouette that still retained it's 3D look. Somewhat :)

Got image of Couple from MontrealGamerStock on dA.
Extracted couple and using Layer Styles>Colour Overlay made them into a silhouette.
Used Radial Blur set on Zoom for light rays from couple as well.

UNCUT SUNSET IMAGE.
The original image is less vibrant than this and only exists in my memory as only this version remains. I used Photoshop 7 to increase brightness and contrast from the original image.
This version was obtained from a site I had uploaded it onto, but cannot giveaway until the competition is over since it would mean my pxleyes username could be revealed prematurely. :)
