Here the vase is shaped using a grid to get it evenly shaped.

Flower petals are made here.

Petals are put together to form flowers. Yellow centers are brushed in.

Green leaves made here using hue/saturation to change colors.

Jewelry is created from some of the rooftop shapes, using scale, distort tools and adding 'noise' under filters to look more dimensional. Chains done with brush tool and adding noise.

Finally, shadows are added where needed with airbrush tool, relections are made by flipping the vase, and some change to background by using hue/saturation tool. Sorry my details aren't as complete as usual, but am running out of time. Glad to answer any questions by my email.
