I created the car in 3 main parts. The upper body was started with a simple shape extruded below

After a number of cut lofts with guide curves and revolves etc I manage to create this shape

The next part of the car is the front and bottom of the car. I started with the first part already modelled to ensure the contours would match up. I then cut bits bits away to get this shape to work from.

Final part was the wheel and rim. This could be modelled quite simply since it isnt seen much. It was done with a revolve for the tyre then the rim

For the render I drew the straight of a race track. It didnt need to be detailed since I would later apply motion blur

Final step is setting up the assembly. This was a simple case of mating all the parts and applying all the lighting materials etc.
