New layer: added background (copied and pasted picture top on bottom, and made some adjustments on the color, used soft eraser to blend clouds and merged layers).

New layer: copied, pasted and masked the pidgeon inside the basket.

New layers (merged after): copied and pasted the letters, changing the colors.

Created a shadow for pidgeon.
New layer: with elipse tool, drew a circle; filled with light grey and applied bevel and emboss.

Duplicated the circle and resized; applied pillow emboss.

With rounded rectangle tool, drew the body of pulley, painting with the same color of the wheel and applying bevel and emboss as well.

With poligonal tool, I drew the bolts, using the same process before. Also applied drop shadow with low opacity.

New layer: using pen tool I drew the hook, with the same color and the same effects used before.
After all, I selected part of the letters and the basket, softened selection with feather, and applied motion blur.
