step 1 of 4

Used a plain white background and then added the doodles using the Custom Shape tool and only the default shapes that came with Photoshop. Used the smudge tool to alter the shapes a bit.

step 2 of 4

Created the logo by using the same background, using a brush in color mode and going over it with green. Left the edges intentionally looking jagged so I could use the magic want to select only the logo with the green background, cut it out, paste it on a new layer and give it a drop shadow layer effect so it looks a bit more 3D

step 3 of 4

Followed the same method as making the logo for making the 3D cutout effect on the background for the text. The red exclamation mark use don the front and back is the same font as the rest of the logo just made larger, put on its on layer and manipulated to fit into the other text.

That's about it! Just remember to use a nice HARD brush when doing the erasing as with a soft brush it doesn't look as realistic. Hope this was clear enough I'm not used to explaining and this was done quite a while ago!
