Using piano key brush, stamp out enough end to end to cover width of canvas. Using black for the brush select the outside of the keys. Make a new layer below the keys and fill with a soft ivory color. Combine both layers and start deforming with the warp tool till you are happy with the effect.

Take the word cloud and place it on the background, bevel.

Bring your beetles over and place them in your image, resizing if necessary.
