I photographed my own arms in different ways. Also i rotated the cups a little counter clock wise and then i pasted in the arms.

Then i created some cracks with the pen tool and distorted this.
step 3 of 4
I applied a overlay on this earthquake crack and smudged the edge..
step 4 of 4
After that i selected out the cups and gave them a plastic wrap filter and overall i gave the project an accented edge filter effect. Also i copied the structure of the cups over at the arms and gave this an overlay and a little hue!
