copy the source, add around 500 of motion blur , make a copy of it, turn it around and set it as darken. Lastly, change the color

with 3d shapes, make a cylinder and a ring. join them (use the texture of the straw bales). I zoomed it so you can see the source in it. Make a hat with both 3d objects and join them

now, make a copy of the hat and with the source image get a nice curve. put them as shown.

now make some copies of the body one and with polar coordinates make that circle. add film grain

add some yellow wires to the arms and legs (grab the yellow wires from the body). also make a blue thing in the center

make the eyes from the body (also make copies of the base body and put them with 45 degrees of difference so you get a more complex body)
