light ink sketch with a wash over it.

little more definition to sketch and start background
All the tools used are brushes , smudge tools, and layers through out this work, no filters or pen tools used. This was all done the same as a traditional oil painting except for the layers and smudge tool.

darken and define more.

work on face , lay in some of the foreground structure

work on foreground and am not pleased with the distracting
light in background

getting the main character close to what I want and four ground.

finish the rats and add globe

I now think the sphere is not were I want it

bring the sphere to the middle so it is more natural looking. ( Did I say I was going to make changes ? - lol )

Adjust colors , and contrast on main character to make him stand out more plus the four ground and finished !
