select the pattern on the right bottom of the image and create a new layer via copy

clear all the pattern shapes that are around the main shape

Select -> Color Range, select the pattern color and then press SHIFT+CTRL+I to invert selection and delete it, so that only the pattern is on the layer

create a new layer and give it a black background color and then copy and mirror the pattern layer

merge the two layers and the duplicate it as many times as it can fit in the canvas

Merge all the pattern layers and then go to Filter->Distort-> Polar Coordinates

using the eyedropper tool select a green tone from the original source image

make a new layer on top of the black one and using the brush tool use the old paper brushes to give the background texture

now open the vintage bird image and transform it and remove color. then place it somewhere about the center of the pattern

create a new layer on top and using the Polaroid brushes and paint a black page border, and then free transform it to go to the edges of the image

finally, using a soft mechanical eraser brush soften a bit the border edges
