used pentool to define the outline of the dragon... extracted and transformed and warped for scales... changed hue and used multiple and screen mode for light and shadow details....

cut the dome... duplicate and horizantal flip... transform and match colur... use brush to give
highlights and shadows and pattern in blending options for details...

used pen tool and red and yellow colours to make fire.... then smudge for smoothness.... apply glow...
