used dark colored brush and painted the right side dark. Painted grass and moss with brush also.

The beer bottles were made from the tip of the match. The labels on the bottle were painted with low opacity brush. The eyeball was made from a white circle and shaded with dodge and burn tool. For both the iris and fly, the color was changed using hue and saturation adjustments.

The mouth was painted with low opacity brush and shaded with dodge and burn. The creature was made from the match using warp tool and liquify to shape the piece into the desired shape.
