the head and hands-..liquified and erased,,,truned it into the neck and head.

the hair- this part of tulip was a dead petal...amd i wraped it amd smuged from the edge..and got my hair

tthe whole thing-..the full angel body was wraped a bit..and i used photo filter curves and hue to make it

wraped and changed color

made the background using radial gradient..and changed the color..
