Copied and pasted a petal.

Again a copy and paste process for tail; I used liquify tool to give shape.

I copied and pasted an "S" shape for head; used burn and dodge tools on body and head.

On a new layer, using pen and brush tools, I drew the eye, beak and legs; details with liquify, dodge and burn tools.

After copying and pasting another petal, I gave the shape of a wing using liquify, burn and dodge tools; added some dark color with soft brush and smudged.

I duplicated the wing and lowered the lightness; the rest of the body I duplicated from the first bird, flipped and resized.

Copying and pasting a stem, I made a perch for the birds.
After that, I used the source image as background, applying gaussian blur.

I changed the background image for this outsource image.
