Basic edit and grabbed the one I wanted out of the bunch.

Cleaned it up and resized it.

Fooled around with overall shape and contour and pushed the levels for contrast and highlights some.

Started with background and general shading to compliment each other

Made up an oval table and added some grain with fibers under filters, render. Also painted in the color red for floor and more shadows to give the oval feel to the area

Came up with the idea of windows to keep the image from being too gloomy. Then added ski and used blur on the white from window layout to give idea of reflected light. Also reflected windows on table and lite from one row to the floor

Here did a gold highlite piece that I made up and added to vase along with shadows and highlites

Finally took another tulip from orig image and cleaned it up and put it in the vase.
