I copied and pasted two different tulips, and duplicated several times, resizing and changing the color of some of them.

I copied, pasted and masked children image; duplicated the layer and changed the lightness into black, applied some gaussian blur and lowered the opacity, creating then the shadow. Applied distortion and erased unwanted parts.

Under all layers I opened a new one, and applied a gradient sky blue to white.
step 5 of 5
Over sky layer, I created a new one, using clouds filter. After I created a layer for rainbow, using preset gradient, warp tool and low opacity.
